Blue Flag cooperates with other organisations that share the same values, so as to develop and strengthen its and their position in the sustainability sector.

These partnerships show Blue Flag´s commitment to the SDGs and contribute to SDG 17 (Partnerships for the goals).

Wheelmap.org

Wheelmap.org is an online map developed by the German nonprofit organisation Sozialhelden e.V., that anyone can use to find and rate wheelchairs accessible places. Thanks to the partnership between Sozialhelden and Blue Flag, the map now features all the Blue Flag sites (beaches, marinas and tourism boats), and shows which ones are accessible to disabled people. This partnership contributes to SDG 3 (good health and well-being), 10 (reduced inequalities) and 17 (partnership for the goals).

Guiness World Record

Guinness World Record is a global company and world’s primary authority for the documentation and verification of world records, with more than 53.000 current records registered in its database. Featuring an incredible list of records and achievement, the Guinness World Record book is published every year and is the the best-selling copyrighted book of all time. Blue Flag is a proud partner of this initiative and features on the Guinness World Record page.
