Courses on FEE Academy
FEE Academy is our online learning site developed to support our global members, National Operators, and site operators and more, by providing them with key tools and resources to help them successfully implement the Foundation for Environmental Education’s five programmes, including Blue Flag.
Courses on FEE Academy are open to all, free of charge and cover topics such as the basics of biodiversity, circular economy, Education for Sustainable Development and more! The following courses have been developed especially as part of our GAIA 20:30 Strategy.
This course aims to give you a fundamental understanding of the importance of preserving biodiversity and healthy ecosystems. The last module of the course shares some examples of biodiversity protection actions that you can also implement.

Circular Economy provides a regenerative framework to design a production and consumption system in which materials are used in cycles of closed loops. The course provides you with an overview of the concept of Circular Economy, its principles and introduces how the principles are being used to shift from a linear economy to a circular economy.
Time Required: 3 to 5 Hours

The "Basics of Sustainability in Tourism and Hospitality course", has been designed to give you fundamental understanding of sustainability in the tourism and hospitality industry. Most sessions will additionally equip each student with practical knowledge about sustainable practices to be implemented in a tourism or hospitality establishment.
